How this is organised

LDF Interactive is an independent studio based in Italy. Every app we publish has its own privacy policy, because every app is different and a single shared document would end up vague enough to be useless. This page covers the studio and the website ldfinteractive.com; the links below take you to the policy for each individual app.

Per-app policies

This website

This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no tracking scripts, no comment system, and no forms. The pages themselves record nothing about you.

The request for them is another matter, and it is worth being plain about. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages, and like any web host Cloudflare logs what reaches it: the page asked for, the time, the browser, and the IP address it came from. We see that in Cloudflare's dashboard, mostly as counts — visits, countries, pages — and we do nothing else with it. Beyond that, nothing: the pages, the stylesheet and the typeface all come from this domain, so your browser is not asked to contact anyone else while reading them.

What holds across all our apps

These are commitments about how we behave, not claims about what our software is technically capable of:

Note what is deliberately missing from that list. We are not claiming our apps never talk to anything, never ask for an account, or keep everything on your phone. Those would be promises about software we have not written yet, and we would end up breaking them. An app that shows advertising contacts an ad network. One that offers a purchase asks the store whether you own it. One that delivers new content without an app update needs a server, and possibly a sign-in, to know who to deliver it to. Any of these may appear in an app of ours.

What we are promising is that you will never have to guess. Each of those things, where it exists, is written plainly in that app's own policy: who is involved, what they receive, whether you can turn it off, and the date any of it was last true.

When you write to us

Our apps collect nothing on their own, but if you choose to email us to report a bug, ask something, or suggest a feature, then we obviously receive what you send: your email address, whatever you write, and any detail you decide to include, such as your device model or a screenshot.

We use that only to answer you and to fix or build the thing you wrote about. We have no mailing list to add you to, and we do not use your address for anything else. Once the matter is closed and we no longer need the thread, we delete it. You can ask us at any time to delete your correspondence, and we will.

Mail sent to an address at this domain is routed by Cloudflare and delivered to a Gmail mailbox, so your message passes through both and is stored there, the same way any email you send to anyone is stored by whoever carries it.

Changes

If we update this page or any app policy, the revised version is posted with a new date. We have no mailing list, so we cannot notify you directly, so check back if it matters to you.
